had a living room and a kitchenette area to use. it was located in a famous area close enough to the ferry terminals as well as other larger stores, the staff was great and we met the owner.

The location was amazing, with a quick walk to the mini market and the ferry taxi right across the street. We were able to easily visit Bellagio, Varenna, and Menaggio on the lake. Another advantage was being close to the Cadenabbia and Menaggio golf club, which was absolutely stunning. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was modern, clean, and comfortable. We loved the wonderful balcony overlooking the lake and the convenience of the shared laundry room. The host went above and beyond to help and advise us!
Honestly, we can't think of anything negative about our stay. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Great location near bus stop and ferry terminal, making it easy to explore different villages around the area. Lovely apartment with all the necessary amenities and a stunning view from the balcony.- Convenient to have free private parking provided.
The road noise from Via Regina can be quite bothersome, especially if you prefer to keep the windows open for fresh air. Difficult entry and exit from the parking area, which can be frustrating.

I couldn't have asked for better value for my money at this modern and stylish hotel. The room was absolutely stunning with breathtaking lake views. The location was ideal, just a block away from bus and ferry services, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, especially Andrea, went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. From providing helpful advice and information to greeting us in person and leaving us fresh fruits and wine, they truly went the extra mile.
The only thing that could have made breakfast even better would be to have a wider variety of breakfast items available.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place in Como. the view of Lake Como from the apartment was breathtaking. I enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony while watching the ferry boats pass by. the apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped. the kitchen had everything I needed, and the bedroom was bright and cozy with a comfortable bed. the thoughtful gesture of a greeting prosecco added to the perfect start of my weekend in Como. I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay. Cons: Can't think of anything 🤔.
